Product introduction
Nylon pulley is made of MC nylon, which is mainly made of caprolactam material by heating, melting, casting and thermoplastic molding. The product has high strength, light weight, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The traction load of the pulley is large.
The aluminum alloy pulley is integrally cast with aluminum alloy. The rubber coated pulley is a layer of rubber on the aluminum wheel or nylon wheel. The damage of the rubber layer to the conductor is smaller and can be ignored.
The sheaves of Stringing Pulley are made of high strength MC nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings.The aluminum alloy sheaveor rubber coated sheave needs to be customized.
